【析形】形声字。古文字形从履省，娄声。
【释义】《说文》：“履也。”段玉裁注：“今时所谓履者，自汉以前皆名屦。”本义是用麻、葛等制成的单底鞋。古代的屦分别用草、麻、皮制成。草屦最低级，为贫苦人常年所穿，甚至有人以编织草鞋为生。古书常以草鞋为罪人之服或丧服。
